Before founding the innovation consultancy INNOMINDS, he spent over ten years at Accenture, XING and the freenet Group, developing new products and services. He is the team's expert for innovation and OKRs, and he also facilitates strategy and leadership workshops. He holds an MBA from EADA Business School in Barcelona.
