We are a small team of experienced workshop facilitators based in Brussels and Hamburg.

Jörn Steinz (MBA) – Workshop Facilitator

Jörn Steinz brings clear structure, strong workshop design and engaging facilitation to help teams work through complex topics and reach clear outcomes.

With a background in management consulting and more than 1.000 workshops and trainings delivered, he combines structured facilitation with agile methods and strategic business thinking.

Before founding the innovation consultancy INNOMINDS, he spent over ten years at Accenture, XING and the freenet Group, contributing to the development of new products and services.

He holds an MBA from EADA Business School in Barcelona and studied Business Administration in Aachen and Coventry.

Oliver Pasdzior – Workshop Facilitator

Oliver Pasdzior brings deep expertise in strategy workshops and OKR consulting, combined with strong capabilities in transformation and leadership dynamics.

He supports leadership teams in aligning strategic priorities, defining clear OKRs and turning transformation into measurable results.

Particularly strong at navigating the human side of change, Oliver facilitates complex discussions with analytical clarity, empathy and pragmatic structure.

Together, we combine structured facilitation with deep organisational experience — helping leadership teams align perspectives, make decisions and move forward.
