Jörn Steinz (MBA)
Founder · innovation and OKR expertJörn brings clear structure, strong workshop design and engaging facilitation. He has designed and run more than 1.000 workshops and trainings since 2014. Before founding the innovation consultancy INNOMINDS, he spent over ten years at Accenture, XING and the freenet Group, developing new products and services. He is the team's expert for innovation and OKRs, and he also facilitates strategy and leadership workshops. He holds an MBA from EADA Business School in Barcelona.

Strategy and leadership expertOliver supports leadership teams in aligning strategic priorities, making clear decisions together and turning transformation into measurable results. He is particularly strong on the human side of change and facilitates complex discussions with analytical clarity, empathy and pragmatic structure.

We facilitate in English and German. Most of our clients are international teams working in English.
How large can the group be?
From a small leadership team to large groups. We adapt the design to the group size and bring a second facilitator when the group needs it.
Where do the workshops take place?
At your office, at a venue of your choice, or at an offsite location we help you find, in Copenhagen, Dublin, Paris, Barcelona, Zurich or anywhere else in Europe. We also run online and hybrid sessions.
How quickly can we start?
Often within a few weeks. After a short briefing call you receive a tailored workshop design, and we block dates together.

Every workshop is designed for your goal, so we quote after a short briefing call. You receive a clear offer that includes preparation, facilitation and documentation of results.
What happens after the workshop?
You receive a clear summary of decisions, owners and next steps. On request, we run a short follow-up session a few weeks later to check progress and keep the momentum.
